ADVICE TO LIVE BY

— JEAN SHINODA BOLEN

  • a collaborative community providing support, tools, and resources to nourish your wellbeing

  • a visual journal of our own experiences, thoughts, and information we’ve collected along the way.

we aren’t

  • a place for judgement // it’s important to recognize that everyone is on their own journey and we should be understanding of where that is. We focus on compassion and education over criticism, though we also know that accountability is important. If you see something that needs to be changed, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

  • a place of absolutes - we will share what we’re learning and practicing, but please keep in mind that there is no “one size fits all” solution to wellbeing. Listen to your body and use the information + suggestions shared as a guideline rather than the end all, be all answer. ⁣

Hey, there! I’m Jasmine, content creator, and founder of the Sustainable Bliss Collective.

After graduating university and getting a job I thought I wanted, it didn’t take long for me to recognize that something wasn’t aligned. While from the outside things seemed fine and I was grateful for what I had, I just knew something was off.

I was stressed and overwhelmed most of the time, was experiencing chronic fatigue, and learned I had multiple health issues (caused by stress).

Self-care and a reconnecting with myself + the vision I had for my life was what allowed me to regain my energy & reduce my stress, to become a meditation teacher and holistic nutrition coach, to start the Sustainable Bliss Collective blog and community, to quit my job and move to a new city, and overall to find more peace and fulfillment in my daily life.

I want to encourage you to disconnect from the external noise so you can reconnect with yourself, and romanticize your life, wherever you’re at.

a little more

I have certifications in meditation, EFT tapping, hypnosis, nutrition, and more (I’m obsessed with learning, and even though I don’t teach these things in any kind of formal “client-coach” relationship, I infuse them into a lot of my content and my daily life.

I’m also a Freelance Social Media Manager + Content Creator for multiple small businesses (AKA my full-time job), a blogger, bookworm, avid podcast listener, and lover of all things holistic, organization, self-care, slow living and personal development.

I hope to inspire, educate, and provide a space for connection and self-care.

I want to reassure you that you deserve to take care of all parts of you by going back to the basics, nurturing your body, and making intentional decisions every day that improve the way you’re living.

It’s about re-prioritizing your self-care, and reconnecting with YOU.

You can expect to see me in the “author” section of a number of our blogs, and popping into your email inbox with self-care reminders!
