If you’ve seen any beautiful dishes in my reels they’re likely Fable. Fable is a Vancouver based company that “works with quality materials and conscious processes that preserve our earth.” They are also dedicated to becoming a zero-waste company, partnering with makers who put the earth first, using recycled clay and eco-friendly packaging. Their designs are beautiful, timeless and durable — Fable ceramics are not only dishwasher and microwave safe, but also oven safe up to 450ºF.

I have the dining essentials set with the speckled white ceramics set and the matte black flatware, plus extra salad plates in beachgrass green, the mugs in speckled white and beachgrass green, the ceramic carafe set in speckled white and beachgrass green, the starter cafe set in beachgrass green, and the candle holder set in speckled white with cream candles (I told you I’m obsessed!!).

Dose Juice

If you watch my reels you KNOW I am obsessed with Dose Juice. Local to Montreal, Dose is on a mission to show Canadians that being healthy doesn’t mean disrupting your daily routine. Their products are certified organic by Ecocert Canada, cold-pressed (aka not heated or chemically treated), and super delicious.

I love their Ginger & Turmeric shots, Fresh and Gogi green juices, and their Zest, Taxi, Tango & Samba juices!

Vitae Apparel

Being consistent with my fitness routine is super important to me, which is why I love finding cute, breathable + comfy workout sets to workout in!

Vitae Apparel has THE most beautiful selection of workout set colours, the sets are made for every body, the material is a 4-way stretch fabric which means no slipping waistbands, and the fabric is super soft and smooth.

Plus, they’re female owned with 100% female staff in-house, and working with all female-owned manufacturers, have eco-friendly sets made from recycled nylon materials, and continue to donate to incredible causes as part of their social responsibility goals.

You’ve likely seen me in their:

  • Ultra lite sports bra & ultra flex seamless leggings in chai latte

  • Elevate long sleeve crop top, power move seamless leggings, energy sports bra, and lifted seamless biker shorts in lemon yellow

  • Power move seamless leggings and elevate long sleeve crop top in tangerine orange

Fave Jewelry

The majority of my jewelry is from either Mejuri or Ana Luisa! All of the gold rings you see me wearing are Mejuri, and the gold earrings I have (including the cuff and mini hoops in this pic) are Ana Luisa.

Ana Luisa believes that everyone should be able to afford high quality jewelry. They work with trusted partners who share their values and meet their standards so everything is priced fairly and produced ethically (no unnecessary mining or excessive markups). They also use recycled materials whenever possible, and are 100% carbon and water neutral. I have the Rox Small Earrings (14K Gold on Sterling Silver) and the Onda Earcuff (14K Gold on Sterling Silver).

Mejuri is a Canadian based jewelry company that creates beautiful, simple, timeless pieces with sustainability and quality in mind. Their entire production system—including sourcing, manufacturing, and branding—aims to mitigate their impact on the environment, support and empower their partners, and give back to their communities. They also created the Empowerment Fund in 2020 as a means of supporting BIPOC women and nonbinary individuals by giving them access to higher education through scholarships.

Based near Toronto, she has created 4 delicious herbal teas to support you in each phase of your menstrual cycle. “Each blend has a unique combination of herbs to support hormone balance and stress, detoxification, replenish minerals and keep your skin bright and glowy and hydrated.”

She also has a tincture for period cramps (100% recommend I used it and it helped a lot!), and sleep and digestion teas. Plus the teas come in sustainable, glass containers which I love.

Henrie Sleep

We’ve been using our Henrie pillows for 6 months now and we LOVE them! This female founded and certified women owned, Canadian small business checks all my boxes.

The pillow uses eco-conscious materials — the outer cover is made from 100% oeko-Tex ® certified organic cotton which is made without harmful chemicals and the inner filling is a blend of chopped memory foam and grade A Indonesian Kapok (a natural fibre that doesn’t harm the tree it grows on and is sourced from a family owned farm in Indonesia).

The pillow is also fully adjustable and comes with a cute pouch so you can take out or add in the filling to better support your sleep. It has a washable cover, and is cruelty free and hypoallergenic.
